Dr. Nicholaus B. Tutuba holds a PhD in Business Economics from the University of Hasselt, Belgium. He is a Senior Lecturer and Manager of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Mzumbe University, where he has led multiple high-impact projects including HEET, 4SITE, DATA2INFO, IoT-4-Youth, and AI4STEM. His expertise bridges academia and industry, with a focus on SME development and digital innovation.
